Charles A. Kush III
Founder, President and CEO

Charles Kush is an accomplished executive who combines broad vision, bottom-line focus, and decisive leadership with an insight into markets, multi-industry experience, a mastery of technology, and a commitment to excellence and life-long learning.

Among his varied professional experience, Charles has held senior roles at Cap Gemini Telecommunications (formerly Beechwood), where he was responsible for creating, growing, operating, and sustaining the Northeast professional services practice. He directed all aspects of consulting, systems integration, and custom IT development work, from qualification of accounts through implementation and support of projects.

Before joining Beechwood, Charles spent over seven years at AT&T in a variety of telecommunications and IT management positions, ranging from software development to process management to customer care. While at AT&T, Charles received several awards for his accomplishments. Some of his key accomplishments include: the development and implementation of a key executive information/management system for tracking service performance on critical business systems, and the creation of the customer care processes in support of AT&T’s network services.

Prior to working at AT&T, Charles served as an engineer for ITT Avionics, where he helped produce some of the electronic equipment that keeps the US military safe in the skies during combat. In this capacity, he received two Presidential Citations for his work.

Charles was educated at Rutgers University in New Jersey, from which he earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. He also earned a real estate sales license from the State of New Jersey, is certified by Yahoo! as a Search Marketing Ambassador, and is published in Marquis Who’s Who. His personal interests include travel, exercise and nutrition, automobiles, boating, and motorcycling.
