After struggling nearly a year with a pod type exercise product, my daughter purchased for me the Large Body Trends Fitness Ball at Meijers. At 57 y/o, firming the difficult-to-loose flab associated with female aging felt impossible! Realizing my struggle, my 27 y/o daughter bought from Meijer's an "I love you" gift. This gift, "my Big Blue Fitness Ball" has been the true reason for my firming, loosing my "jiggles" and shedding excess weight going from size 16 to size 10!! Although the ball is large, my Fitness Ball stayes in my bedroom. My Fitness Ball is relaxing to use as it gently works at stretching, toning and firming my "jiggles." I can quietly ponder my day's activities on it or watch the news on TV! It is a great "multi-task" product! There are no gimmicks, risks of jerking motions causing pulled muscles or the fear of rolling off onto the floor! I work out on a wood floor without worry! Inflated correctly, my Fitness Ball provides me the opportunity to feel good, look the best I have in years while getting older! How great is that!! Who say's you can't rid those "jiggles" and tone up as an older adult!! I can't thank enough the manufacturer of my Fitness Ball. It is solid, has ribbing in the perfect places, comfortable because the rubber doesn't pull at your skin. The "other" products can promote their hype while making their claims, but my Fitness Ball is the true winner! I am grateful my daughter showed her love once again by purchasing for me a product that really works!
