These orthotics fit right into my shoes, and my feet and legs feel great now. The inserts are easy to use, and can be interchanged for different reasons. I spent two full days walking around Disney with these in my shoes, and had no foot pain afterward. I'll definitely continue using these orthotics for a long time.
