This machine is used at a resort in a theatre room, so it gets plenty of use. It hasnt failed once in the 5 months that we've had it. There arent many complaints except that some menu options dont disappear after being initiated such as the repeat function. The remote control can also be a little confusing w/o a manual. Its still a very good unit.
