CREATIVE PRODUCTS Shipping Policy

CREATIVE PRODUCTS can ship to any physical street address in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, except as noted below. Due to restrictions by our carriers, we do not ship to PO boxes, APOs, or FPOs. In addition, due to warehouse restrictions, we are unable to ship items that have a product number beginning with "BF-" to Alaska or Hawaii at this time. We normally ship orders within 24 hours after they are received. During the peak holiday shopping season in October through December, orders may ship up to 2 to 3 days after being received.

The time it takes to receive your order will depend on your location and the method you choose for shipping on the Geographic Shipping Location page. For orders within the 48 continental United States, you may choose to ship your order via Standard or Expedited Shipping. Standard Shipping is the most cost effective, and using this method usually takes (on average) 5 to 7 business days to receive your order, once it is shipped. Expedited Shipping allows you to receive your order (on average) within 2 to 3 business days after it is shipped. For orders sent to Alaska and Hawaii, the shipping method must be via air, and using this method usually takes (on average) 3 to 5 business days to receive your order, once it is shipped.

The majority of our shipments are sent via United Parcel Service (UPS). We also ship via Parcel Post (USPS) and Federal Express (FedEx). We will choose the most efficient carrier for shipping your order, based on your selected shipping method and location.

All shipping charges are calculated based upon the total weight of your order and the shipping method you choose, using tables and rates provided by our carriers. Your Shopping Cart will show your total shipping charges before checkout.

You will be notified via email of any backordered items. You will have the right to cancel your order via return email for any item that is on backorder, provided we receive your request before shipping your order. In the rare instance that there are any additional shipping costs, you will be notified about them before your order is processed, and will be given the option of canceling your order at that time.

We do not ship to locations outside of the United States of America.
