Placing an Item in Your Cart
Once you have found an item that interests you, simply click the "Add to Cart" button. This button can be found on any product detail page, as well as on the product listing pages. While on a product detail page, you may add more than one of the item to your cart by changing the "Qty" field before clicking on "Add to Cart". When you have finished adding items to your Shopping Cart, click on "CHECKOUT". This is the beginning of the ordering process.
Selecting a Shipping Method
After clicking on "CHECKOUT", you will be prompted to enter your Geographic Shipping Location and Method. Select a shipping method from the pull-down menu and click the "Enter Shipping Method" button to save your information. The shipping method is used to specify to where and by what method your package will be shipped. This will be used to calculate shipping charges and sales tax (if applicable). Sales tax will automatically be calculated and added to certain items shipped within New Jersey, per New Jersey state sales tax regulations. You can return to the Geographic Shipping Location and Method page at any time before submitting your order by clicking on "SHIPPING METHOD".
Viewing the Shopping Cart
You can show what is currently in your Shopping Cart at any time before checkout by clicking on "VIEW CART". From there, you may change the quantity of items in your cart, complete your purchase by checking out, change your shipping method and see how this affects your cost, or continue shopping.
Changing Item Quantities
If you wish to change the quantity of an item you have placed in your Shopping Cart, click on "VIEW CART", then change the number in the "Quantity" box. Be sure to click the "Modify Cart" button at the bottom of your list of Shopping Cart items to confirm any changes. If you would like to remove an item from the Shopping Cart, enter 0 (zero) in the "Quantity" box. You can change the quantity of items in your Shopping Cart at any time before checkout.
Searching the Store
If you would like to perform a keyword search for a specific product in our store, enter the keywords on which to perform the search into the "SEARCH" box on any page and click on the "GO" button. If any pages matching your search criteria are found, they will be listed, sorted by score, from highest to lowest. Click on the line which best matches what you are looking for to go to that page. Our Website Search function returns the product and product listing pages that include all of your keywords. To find additional product sizes, colors, flavors, or styles, search using the product name only, without specifying the size, color, flavor, or style. You may also search by product number or manufacturer item number. There is no need to include "and" between terms. Search also supports the logical "or" operator. To retrieve pages that include either of your keywords, use " or " (without quotes) between terms. You may enclose your search terms in quotes to find an exact match; e.g., "find this exact phrase".
Checking Out
You can place your order with CREATIVE PRODUCTS either online or offline. To go to either order form, click on "CHECKOUT". Enter or verify your Geographic Shipping Location and Method, and then choose whether you would like to submit your order online or offline. Fill out the order form you selected, click the "Submit..." button at the bottom of the form, wait for your order confirmation page to appear, and you're done! Note that if there is a problem with authorizing your credit card when submitting an online order, any errors will appear at the very top of the Online Order Form after clicking the "Submit Order Now" button. You may attempt to correct any errors shown, and then resubmit your order by clicking again on the "Submit Order Now" button. Upon successful order submission, you will receive an order confirmation page, and an email receipt shortly thereafter.
